Our masterpiece, Celler Cecilio, is a sublime combination of 60% Grenache, 20% Carignan and 20% Syrah, coming from 30 to 60 year old vines. With its elaborate process in stainless steel vats and maceration of 20 days, this wine matures for six months, ensuring perfect harmony. Filtered and delicately clarified before being bottled, each drop captures the richness of this sensory experience.
