L’Espill

Our Celler Cecilio wine is an exquisite fusion of 65% Garnacha and 35% Carignan, coming from 30 to 60 year old vines. With care and passion, the elaboration in stainless steel vats and maceration for 25 days give rise to a wine with a natural decantation after three months of rest. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels gives this wine an unparalleled elegance.
